Effective May 1, 2023, Pet Care & Surgery Center will only provide after hours emergency services to active clients that have been seen within the last 12 months.
Questions and Answers
Patients seen between:
- Monday – Friday 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM: $140.00 plus treatment costs
- Saturday 12:00 PM (noon) – 10:00 PM: $175.00 plus treatment costs
- No emergency availability after 10PM or on Sundays
Yes. Emergency services require one plus individuals returning to the office after hours to care for your pet. Just as the cost of you going to the emergency room is more expensive than a visit to primary Doctor, emergency care has increased cost factors.
No. We are unable to bill for our services unless prior arrangements have been made during normal business hours. However, we accept many credit cards and Care Credit which you may apply for online 24/7. Pets that require hospitalization will be required to leave a deposit at the time of hospitalization with the remainder due at discharge.

Call us so we may establish a time to meet you. We generally respond within 10-15 minutes but if we do not, please call or text and leave a second message. We may be involved with another patient or be unable to respond for another reason. We will respond as rapidly as possible.
